No. Mercy’s House provides nonmedical personal care, companionship, and household support. We do not provide nursing services, administer medications, treat medical conditions, or perform medical procedures.

Caregivers can support established daily routines, provide medication reminders, help with meals, and assist with everyday activities. Medical questions and changes in your condition should be directed to your healthcare provider.

Yes. With the client’s permission, designated family members can participate in service planning and receive appropriate updates.

Your service plan can be reviewed and adjusted to reflect changing needs, scheduling preferences, and the type of nonmedical support requested.
